Central Xtra:
Lessons to be Learned

In the UK learning to read at an ever earlier age is regarded as the best way of helping our youngest children. However in Sweden most children leave nursery at the age of six unable to read or write, yet within three years of starting formal schooling they lead the literacy tables in Europe. This report examines this phenomena as we travel to the small town of Motala to discover just how they achieve such stunning results. An RTS nominee 2007 made for ITV Central.

Hidden Paintings for the BBC is about publicly funded art stored away in all sorts of unlikely places and will be presented by Nick Hancock. Transmission will coincide with 'Your Paintings' website launch. Keep updated with our digital projects at http://incahoots.posterous.com/
