welcome

At TVJ we have a clear vision for developing ideas. If an idea excites us we will invest time to meet, talk, research and shoot pilot material. We think we are wise to play to our strengths in the current competitive media atmosphere, so our ideas often have an educational link. We do not just look for broadcast television ideas. We are interested in cross-platform, cross-genre and pursuing the new technologies to advantage. The following are currently in development:

What Are You Reading in 2008?
This is linked to the Year of Reading and is a 360 degree proposal for a publisher and broadcaster.

Covert Video Observation
A unique way of training trainers using hidden cameras and a radio link in classrooms, sports halls and management settings to be offered to business and education.

Michael Rosen – Children’s Laureate
We have begun documenting Michael throughout the tenure of his Laureateship.

Teen drama
We plan to work with authors, young people and directors to develop a ‘Writers’ Room’.
